Ms. Casanova has 18 years experience in the accounting profession and 10 years experience in the health care industry.  She currently serves as CFO of BIG and heads Tayebi Real Estate I LLC, a real estate investment company with over 100 properties throughout the U.S.  She has served as interim CFO for BioDuro LLC, CFO for Advisor Publications, Inc.; Controller for Titan Wireless, Inc., Titan Discontinued Operations, and Emerging Technologies, Inc.; and Senior Auditor for Arthur Andersen, LLP and KPMG Peat Marwick, LLP.  She has also served in a management capacity with two private healthcare entities.

Ms. Casanova received her Bachelor of Science in Accounting from San Diego State University in 1992.  Nancy also received her Certificate from the California State Board of Accountancy in 1996.
